Sunny Slopes is a small, family owned and operated general contracting company based in Park City, Utah. Founded in 2022 by Ken Gaudet, Sunny Slopes was created to serve the underserved clients in our thriving mountain community with small-to-medium construction and repair projects. Ken’s experience in construction, property maintenance, and project management spans over two decades and includes many diverse roles. As a member of the Park City community since 2000, Ken has been a longtime supporter and advocate of trails, water conservation, land conservation, and historic preservation. He currently lives inside the city limits with his wife, 2 children, and 2 dogs. Don’t be surprised if he arrives to your appointment by bike.

Stress-free experience is our product. From a small drywall patch to a new kitchen or beyond, our in-house team and network of trade professionals are here to help guide and inform through the process. The satisfaction and enjoyment our clients experience post project should only be outlasted by the quality craftsmanship or our work.
Position
Sunny Slopes won’t be the cheapest option. Our position blends high quality with sensible value to clients in 84060, 84098, and the immediate vicinity. While we never cut corners that risk the integrity of our work, we’re skilled at working with finite budgets and understand sometimes it’s better to rehab over replace. We won’t be the perfect fit for every project, but we’re always happy to discuss.
